QBs Headline Golf Challenge

Tournament host Ron Jaworski is honored that several NFL quarterbacks are in the field for the 2011 Ron Jaworski Celebrity Golf Challenge (RJCGC). Michael Vick, Joe Flacco and Brady Quinn are just some of the local and national celebrities teeing it up at the Atlantic City Country Club.

Jaws and current South Carolina Head Coach Steve Spurrier, are two former NFL quarterbacks who will show the current QBs how to go from the shotgun formation to golf's shotgun start.

Jaws' former head coach Dick Vermeil and his favorite receiver, Harold Carmichael, are also playing, as it will be a reunion of the 1980 NFC Champion Philadelphia Eagles.

bad move getting rid of the spectator events...this event is going to go down the drain

Thank you for posting the list. As a VIP of the RJCGC for many years, it's always great to see who will be in attendance ahead of time. Will there be an addendum in the case of additions or replacements at a later date? All the best.

The RJCGC understands the disappointment of having to put the Celebrity Shootout on hiatus. The move was made in the best interest of the Jaws Youth Playbook and adding future spectator events will be evaluated on a year by year basis.

Agree with "unhappy said..." Why no spectator passes? This could bring in more revenue for the tournament. I remember the days of Dan Marino, Dr. J., Jim Kelly and Bill Cowher among other top flight names appearing. What's happening?
